Arts organizations aren't like every other business and that's exactly why ArtOps exists.

We understand the realities of managing an organization where artistic vision, community impact, fundraising, earned revenue, ticket sales, grants, board leadership, and limited staff capacity all intersect.

For more than three decades, ArtOps has helped arts organizations build the administrative infrastructure they need to thrive. What began as an innovative shared-services model in Detroit has grown to support more than 20 arts organizations across Southeast Michigan and beyond.
